Conscripts aged 18 -60 years, who are drivers of trucks and rail transport, can cross the border of Ukraine in the case , if they carry out international freight, cargo delivery for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, medical and humanitarian supplies. This is stated in the article of the Ukrainian Bar Association for ZN.UA.
Lawyers note that crossing the border is possible only with the appropriate permit for the carrier, which with information about the drivers must apply to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, regional military administrations or the Kyiv City Military Administration.
Information on the reservation of the submitted persons is transmitted to the State Border Guard Service.
