In fact, it can be handed over in person anywhere: on the street, at checkpoints, at work, in the store. However, the conscript must be identified before the summons is served. The summons may be served by an employee of the TCCSP, as well as authorized persons of local governments, heads of enterprises, institutions, organizations, including educational institutions, natural persons-entrepreneurs, managers of apartment buildings, homeowners. When handing over the summons, the person must receive it, sign the receipt and then appear on the specified date at the specified place.
