Finally, NABU's investigation into the case, which had been lying under wraps in the SAP for four years, has begun.
Ihor Kolomoiskyi was searched by NABU detectives during which documents, a gadget were seized, and its contents were downloaded. Witnesses of the events told ZN.UA about this.
The search related to the case of seizure of property and funds of the company “Ukrnafta” worth almost UAH 13 billion in 2015 prices.
According to witnesses, representatives of the investigation visited the oligarch at five in the morning at his place of residence in the Bukovel resort.
Sources ZN.UA NABU confirmed the fact of the search. At the same time, they emphasized that this was not the first time in their memory that there was a search about which no one was warned.
According to ZN.UA , Ihor Kolomoisky is not yet charged in this case, suspicion has not been announced to him. But he is a co-owner of Ukrnafta, where the other day, prosecutors of the SAP and detectives of the NABU announced suspicions of financial fraud:
– the former chairman of the board of “Ukrnafta”,
– the former deputy head of the department for sales of oil, gas and oil and gas processing products of “Ukrnafta” “,
– the former head of the accounting and supply control department of oil and oil products of PJSC “Ukrnafty”,
– former directors of five commercial enterprises (one of them was detained).
The case was opened under the article about “seizing someone else's property by abusing an official's official position, according to a prior conspiracy by a group of persons, in particularly large quantities”.
Back in 2019 Suspicions about her were ready, but ex-head of SAP Nazar Kholodnytskyi did not dare to sign them. Oleksandr Klymenko, the new head of SAP, became bold.
Recall that, at least at the time of the crime, Igor Kolomoisky, together with Gennady Bogolyubov and Igor Palitsa, owned 40% of the company “Ukrnafta”, the rest belonged to the state in the form of JSC “Naftogaz” . The management of NAK has repeatedly claimed that it has been in full control of the company since 2015, however, neither its operating results nor market sources have ever confirmed these bold statements.
At the same time, as ZN.UA was informed by the press service of Ihor Palitsa , today he is no longer related to “Ukrnafta” and did not directly own it.
