Kharkiv residents have always been famous for their spirit and core. I ask you now, every citizen of Kharkiv, to show our spirit, our unshakable will and endurance. We are one big Kharkiv family: military and territorial defense, which protect and, I am sure, will protect our Kharkiv, “Terekhov said.
