Judge of district court in Kharkiv region suspected of treason and cooperation with occupiers

State Bureau of Investigation reports suspicion in treason to the chairman of the district court in Kharkiv region. In particular, after the occupation of the Kharkiv region, the head of the local court personally began preparing the judicial institution for cooperation with the enemy.

Yes, she actively called on her subordinates to betray Ukraine and to carry out the so-called “judicial proceedings” of the occupying power together.

Currently, investigators from the State Bureau of Investigation have informed her about the suspicion of treason (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), which carries a sentence of life imprisonment with confiscation of property. Ukrainian investigation and justice will bring all such cases to court.

It will be recalled that on April 5, 2022, DBR investigators under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor General's Office reported suspicion of treason against a judge and the chief of staff of one of the district courts of Luhansk region. The suspects also sided with the enemy and conspired with representatives of the so-called Luhansk People's Republic.
