Kyiv City Council has made a decision to support the capital's business.
At its meeting, the Kyiv City Council decided on some incentives for the capital's businesses. As one of the support measures, the abolition of rents in communal areas was agreed upon and the conditions for mobile trade were simplified. This was announced by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
“The main issues of today's meeting, which was attended by 90 deputies, were decisions that stimulate the work of the capital's business. Because in conditions of martial law, when the situation is so difficult, the economy must work, “said the mayor.
As a result of the meeting, the level of payment under contracts for mobile trade and restaurant sites was reduced to 1 hryvnia. Payment of equity participation for them will be 50% of the existing one.
A business that rents space from the city will not pay anything to rent. As for parking lots, the city will provide benefits to tenants.
Owners of advertising space who place social and patriotic advertising will receive benefits from the city.
“We expect that the amount of benefits that the city will provide will be offset by income from personal income tax and business that will work,” said Klitschko.
