In the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region the self-proclaimed occupation authorities plan to hold a so-called “referendum” on May 1. This was announced at the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Thursday, April 21.
At the same time, the occupiers plan to conduct a “census” on May 2-10. Locals are not allowed to move between settlements.
