“The driver died after ramming the gates of the Russian embassy in Bucharest in his car,” police said.
A video recorded before the arrival of firefighters shows that the front of the car was trapped in the gate and exploded.
It is unknown whether the accident was accidental or intentional. In recent weeks, Russian embassies have been attacked in other countries, and people have expressed outrage at Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
