“As of 10:00 on March 31, 17 people died (rescuers released 15 bodies from the rubble, 1 died in intensive care). Now 47 rescuers and 9 units of equipment are working. At 08:00 there was a change in the personnel of the Emergency Situations Ministry.” in the message.
