In Belarus, those summoned to military training were prohibited from issuing sick leave — ZN.UA

Doctors have already been given the relevant lists.

Lists of people who < strong>plan to call to military meetings, ZN.UA sources inform.

“All doctors in Belarus who have sick leave forms were sent lists of PIPs who are called to military meetings, and from 17.08 to none of these lists cannot be issued for sick leave,” the source told ZN.UA.

ZN.UA comment:

This decision regarding sick leave does not mean that Minsk has already decided to invade Ukraine directly. But it means that the Belarusian authorities are preparing a mobilization resource. On the one hand, this should create pressure on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border and bind our reserves. On the other hand, if a decision is made on the participation of the Belarusian military in the war in Ukraine, it will be possible to quickly form additional units.

Earlier, the State Government reported that Russian troops may return to Belarusin two or three weeks if necessary.

The American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) believes thatLukashenko will be able to send 12 battalion tactical groups to the war. However, there is no coherence between them, and mixing Belarusian units with exhausted Russian ones will not improve the situation.

The technical equipment of the Belarusian army also requires improvement. The army of Belarus still uses Soviet military equipment< span> 60s and 70s. And most of the tanks at the disposal of the local military do not start.
