According to Ukrainian intelligence, disconnection of users from the Internet is coordinated by the KGB of Belarus and the FSB of Russia.
In a number of regions of Belarus for more than a month citizens blocked access to the Internet , reports Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine .
Internet blocked in Belarus to:
- prevent the dissemination of information on social networks about the movement of Russian military equipment in Belarus;
- restrict communication between patriotic citizens.
