Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation many Ukrainians became IDPs and left Ukraine. It is important for each of them to receive the necessary medical care in a timely manner. The Ministry of Health has collected information on its website on how and where Ukrainians abroad can receive free medical care: from consultations and examinations to inpatient treatment.
“The Ministry of Health has gathered on its website all the necessary information about medical care in European countries that have sheltered most Ukrainians,” said the wife of the President of Ukraine Olena Zelenska.

In particular, according to Zelenska, in Poland, when applying for PESEL – an analogue of the Ukrainian identification number, you can get free medical care at all levels, even rehabilitation or dental services.
Currently on the website of the Ministry of Health You can find information about free medical care for Ukrainians in the following countries: Slovakia , Poland , Czech Republic , Slovenia, Romania, Moldova, France, Germany.
At the same time, according to the Ministry of Health, the list of countries is being supplemented and information will be updated.

Earlier, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine published a list of free services for online consultations with doctors during martial law.
Also Ukrainian volunteers created the Pediatrician at War service , which provides an opportunity to consult a pediatrician, psychologist and other physicians.
