In April, the Ministry of Social Policy sent Oschadbank over UAH 1.2 billion. About 248,000 internally displaced persons will receive the funds, said Minister of Social Policy Maryna Lazebna.
She clarified that Oschadbank, in turn, transfers funds to people's accounts in Ukrainian banks.
“By the end of April, there will be a further transfer of funds for housing benefits, taking into account that the process of registration of internally displaced persons continues, and that the government has extended until the end of April the deadline for applications for housing benefits , starting in March, “said the head of the Ministry of Social Policy.
The agency reminded that according to the government's decision, residence allowance for internally displaced persons is provided monthly from the month of application for the period of martial law and one month after its termination or cancellation for each internally displaced person, information on which is included in the Unified Information Database. internally displaced persons in the following amounts:
- for persons with disabilities and children – UAH 3,000;
- for other persons – UAH 2,000.

Our next task is to provide the status of internally displaced persons and housing assistance to people from deoccupied territories where housing has been destroyed, even if they have not moved anywhere.
