According to her, this decision is connected with the partial mobilization in the Russian Federation, as a result of which many citizens of this country are fleeing to Georgia.
“Unfortunately, the citizens of the Russian Federation do not have the courage, as you said in your story, to protest and change the regime at home. It is better for them to run…”, she added.
According to Meduza publication, Moscow plans to involve inhabitants of the Georgian territories of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, captured in 2008, in hostilities.
