From July 15, internally displaced persons can register, register and receive aid from the state even without a passport – on the basis of a certificate from the State Migration Service (SMS) or through the application “Action ” – the Ministry of Reintegration reports.
The relevant government resolution, which was initiated by the Ministry of Reintegration together with the Ministry of Social Policy and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, came into effect. This will greatly simplify the life of people who have moved from war zones and lost their documents. From now on, in order to register in a new place, to be protected and to receive the benefits provided for by law, IDPs can provide a certificate of the DMS or use the electronic version of the passport – “eDocument”.
The certificate that the person has applied for a passport can be be obtained at centers for the provision of administrative services, territorial bodies, subdivisions or enterprises of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

We remind you that displaced persons can apply for payments in the “Action” application. IDPs can apply for monthly cash assistance in the amount of UAH 2,000 per adult and UAH 3,000 per child or people with disabilities.
