Five large buses with the Russian military have arrived in Mariupol, the port's security is being strengthened – the mayor's adviser

The occupiers are turning the port into a military cargo base.

Yesterday to Mariupol five large buses with the military of the Russian Federation arrived. Such a rotation may indicate increased security, primarily in the port, as the invaders are trying to turn the port into a military cargo base. This was reported by Petro Andryushchenko, the city mayor's adviser.

“Yesterday, five large buses with Russian military personnel arrived in the city from Volnovakha/Donetsk. The buses have gone to the Primorsky district,” the report says.

According to the mayor's advisor, this rotation of occupiers indicates increased security, primarily in the port in connection with the beginning of its restoration as a military cargo base.

Also, Andryushchenko said that the location of two BC warehouses of the occupiers in residential quarters has been confirmed.

“Therefore, taking into account the military situation and the capabilities of HIMARS, which have entered service with the Ukrainian army, we advise the residents of Mariupol, whom the occupiers are trying to use in the role of “human shields” covering warehouses, to evacuate urgently or temporarily choose another place of residence for their own safety,” Andryushchenko emphasized.
