The oligarch lost a lawsuit in Austria.
Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash again lost a lawsuit in Austria and is close to extradition to the United States, where he is facing criminal proceedings on suspicion of corruption, according to DW.
The Vienna Regional Court for Criminal Cases has denied Firtash a retrial on the admissibility of extradition, the newspaper reported, citing the court's press service.
The Viennese newspaper Der Standard writes that the decision was made on March 16. Firtash has until the 30th to file an appeal.
