Erdogan will meet with Putin in Iran

The presidents will take part in the seventh tripartite summit.

President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan< /strong> will pay an official visit to Iran on July 18-19, where he will take part in the seventh tripartite summit with the participation of the presidents of Russia and Iran. This was reported by the Anadolu Agency with reference to the Office of Communications under the Presidential Administration.

As noted, the seventh meeting of the Turkey-Iran High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council will be held in Tehran on July 19 under the chairmanship of the presidents of the two countries.< /p>

At the meeting of the Council, all aspects of Turkish-Iranian relations will be considered and steps aimed at improving bilateral cooperation will be discussed.

President Erdogan will take part in the seventh tripartite summit with the participation of the presidents of Russia and Iran on July 19 . A bilateral meeting between the leaders of Turkey and Russia will take place on the sidelines of the summit.

The summit is expected to discuss current events in Syria, the fight against terrorist organizations such as the PKK/YPG and Daesh, which pose a threat to regional security, political settlement efforts, the humanitarian situation and the voluntary return of Syrians to the country.
