During the day on March 24, 3,343 people were evacuated from 7 humanitarian corridors from settlements where active hostilities are taking place. This was announced by the Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Irina Vereshchuk.

“Of the 7 planned humanitarian corridors from the settlements where active hostilities are taking place, all worked. In recent days I have received many reports from people who managed to escape from the captivity of the occupiers. They report cases of torture of prisoners,” she said.

Today 2,717 Mariupol residents arrived in Zaporizhia from the city of Mariupol by their own transport. The convoy with humanitarian aid and buses for evacuation to the city was again not allowed.

For the third day in a row, the Russians have not allowed a humanitarian convoy to pass to Mariupol, and trucks with food and a fuel truck are standing at the Russian checkpoint.

117 people were removed from the town of Polohy in the Zaporizhia region, including 35 orphans from a local boarding school. The evacuated children from Zaporozhye are planned to be sent to Italy for rehabilitation.

The evacuation from the captured Melitopol could not be carried out. But they managed to deliver humanitarian aid to Polohy and Melitopol.

509 people were evacuated from the villages of Bolshaya Dymerka, Bogdanovka and the village of Bervitsa to Brovary in the Kyiv region.
