Fighters of the Special Operations Center “A” of the Security Service of Ukraine and servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down two Russian planes in the direction of Zaporozhye the other day. This was reported by the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine.
As noted, our defenders hit enemy Su-25s in the area of Orikhov and Stepovoy, when Russian troops tried to attack Ukrainian positions from them.
“Our guys acted in advance – they hit the enemy planes with MANPADS. As a result, one Su-25 was destroyed, another was damaged,” the message emphasized.
In addition, SBU special forces recently managed to destroy four Russian BMPs, one armored personnel carrier and a warehouse of ammunition, as well as eliminate the positions of the aggressor.
