The Ukrainian government seeks to obtain the frozen assets of Russia and its leadership and temporarily introduce the so-called “unconditional income” for the population. Adviser to the President of Ukraine Oleh Ustenko said this on the telethon.

“The possibility of unconditional income for the population for a long time is being considered. are in a difficult situation after the war. And there will be support for entrepreneurs, a full inventory will be conducted, which has already begun. Funds will be allocated to compensate companies to compensate them for the losses they suffered, “- said Ustenko.

According to him, the aggressor country must pay for everything. Ukraine hopes to receive compensation from Russia's frozen gold and foreign exchange reserves.

“We are applying for the use of $ 300 billion frozen from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation,” Ustenko said. Arrested assets of Putin and his entourage could also be a source of compensation.

“There must be funds from reparations and contributions. And from those sources for a long time will be allocated funds to compensate for the destroyed property,” said Ustenko.
