British Foreign Secretary Liz Trass has announced 65 new sanctions against Russia aimed at “shutting down vital industries that fuel Putin's military machine”: strategic industries, banks and business elites, according to the British government 's website .

“These oligarchs, businessmen and mercenaries are involved in the killing of innocent civilians, and it is right that they are paying the price.
