On the social platform there is Help, among other things, you can check the status of the application for assistance from international organizations, including the Red Cross, UNICEF, the UN, the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
To check the status of the application you need to:/h3>
- Follow this link and click the Check Application Status button.
- Enter your taxpayer registration card number (formerly Individual Tax Number (TIN) and Phone Number).
- Click Check the status and find out the status of the application.
What can be the status of applications:
- Applications not found – applications were not sent via platform.
- Your application is in the process of verification – the application has been submitted to the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and the correctness of the submitted data is being verified, the person is identified and belongs to the specified social statuses;
- Your application is successfully verified personal data and social status confirmed in the application;
- Your application has not been verified – the statuses specified in the application do not correspond to the available information of the Ministry of Social Policy. You need to contact the social security authorities to update your status. After the update, you will be able to resubmit the corrected application;
- Your application contains errors – the application contains errors and needs to be further verified. You will then be able to resubmit the amended application;
- The application is pending payment from international organizations – this status once again confirms that the application has been successfully verified and will be submitted to international organizations for the conditions of compliance of the social category (status) of the applicant with the conditions of payments determined by international organizations.

The Ministry of Social Policy notes that the agency verifies the applicant's data using existing state information registers and databases, which allows obtaining quality and verified information about the person and his needs.
