The integrity of “Nordic Streams” continues to be disturbed in a strange way. The damage was recorded in the economic zones of the two countries.
Recently on the gas pipelines “North Stream 1” and “Nord Stream 2” detected three fuel leaks in the open sea at once. However, as it turned out, these were not the only places where the gas stove was damaged. Sweden's coast guard discovered the fourth location of the blue fuel leak, Reuters reports.
The European Union has raised suspicions about possible sabotage and promised a “tough” response to any deliberate breach of the EU's energy infrastructure. The newly discovered location of the pipe damage is in the territorial waters of Sweden.
“Two of these four [leaks – ed.] are in Sweden's exclusive economic zone,” said Coast Guard spokeswoman Jenny Larsson.

According to official information, two other damages are in the economic zone of Denmark.

Meanwhile, environmentalists are already hitting on alarm. About 300,000 tons of methane will be released into the atmosphere as a result of the leak of the gas pipeline, which corresponds to approximately one percent of Germany's total annual emissions.
