President Vladimir Zelensky awarded the title of “hero city” to Akhtyrka, Bucha, Irpen and Nikolaev. He spoke about this in his video address.
“He has signed several important decrees. On awarding the title of Hero of Ukraine to 7 servicemen of the National Guard, of which, unfortunately, 5 posthumously,” the President said.
