The Ukrainian woman won the high jump competition.
Ukrainian track and field athlete Yaroslava Maguchih won the 2022 European multi-sport championship, which is held in Munich (Germany).
The 20-year-old athlete performed in the high jump and managed to conquer the bar of 195 centimeters. This result was enough to take first place. Silver went to Montenegrin Maria Vukovich (195 cm, more attempts), and bronze to Serbian Angelina Topic (193 cm). and Yulia Levchenko (186 cm), who took ninth place.
Yaroslava Maguchih brought Ukraine the first ever gold medal of the European Championship in this discipline.
