System of secure Internet access of the State Center for Cyber Security recorded and repulsed several DDoS attacks aimed at disrupting the accessibility of websites of state authorities of Ukraine. This was reported by the State Special Communications Service.
According to experts, the attacks took place from a large number of infected botnet hosts disguised as legal traffic. Its peculiarity was that in addition to the DDoS attack, there was also a bot attack that mimicked user behavior. The attackers carried out the attack in two stages.
