Ukraine scored 631 points, with 439 points given by the audience.
“This victory is for every Ukrainian. Glory to Ukraine!” Psyuk said, receiving the award. During their performance, the band called for help to Ukraine and save Mariupol and Azovstal. After that, there were fears that the band could be disqualified, as political slogans and appeals at Eurovision were banned. But the European Language Union has said it sees calls for peace from the Kalush Orchestra and other members as humanitarian, not political.
