This year, Julianne Moore will be the head of the film review jury.
The organizers of the international Venice Film Festival named the chairman this year's jury of the competition program. It was the American actress Julianne Moore, according to the notification of the organizers of the film review.

“Oscar Award Winner” ( “Still Alice”, 2014) and the “Emmy” award Julianne Moore is known for her range of work and many memorable roles on the big and small screens,” the message says.
The organizers also added , that Moore is the first American woman to be awarded the highest acting prizes at the Berlin (The Clock, 2002), Venice (Far From Paradise, 2002) and Cannes film festivals (Maps to the Stars).

Besides Krim Moore, this year's jury also included Argentinian director Mariano Cohn, Italian director Leonardo Di Costanzo, French director and 2021 Golden Lion winner Audrey Divan, Iranian actress Leila Khatami, Japanese-British writer Kazuo Ishiguro and Spanish director Rodrigo Sorogoen.
This year's Venice Film Festival will take place from August 31 to September 10.
