Fabio Capello has led the Russian national team in the past.
Legendary Italian coach Fabio Capello did not talk to a representative of the Russian TV channel “Match TV”, reports Tribuna.com.
Capello received a request for comment on the results of the draw for the 2022 World Cup from a Match TV correspondent, but replied categorically:
“I do not communicate with Russian journalists.”
It is worth noting that Capello led the Russian national team from 2012 to 2015. The 75-year-old specialist ended his coaching career in 2018.
“Match TV” is the official broadcaster of the World Cup in Russia.
