Winners will be determined at Future of Emerging Europe Summit & Awards 2022, which will take place on June 23 in Brussels.
“Diya.City” is a project of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, which is a tax and regulatory space for IT companies that want to work in Ukraine .
The Verkhovna Rada passed the Law on Action.City in July 2021. The document lays the foundation for the introduction of the special legal regime “Action.City” in Ukraine and defines its general principles.
It is assumed that the special legal regime should create an IT hub in Ukraine.
Special regime introduces a special model of taxation, flexible employment conditions and a separate procedure for interaction with government agencies.
