The mascot will be a headdress.
Organizing Committee of the Summer Olympic strong> and the Paralympic Games in Paris in 2024 announced the mascots of the competition.
The mascots were Phrygian caps, which were called “Phrygians”.
It should be noted that the Phrygian cap – the headdress of the ancient Phrygians, a soft rounded cap usually red in color with the top hanging forward. It is an international symbol of freedom.
Remember, the Summer Olympic Games in Paris will be held from July 26 to August 11, 2024.
The previous Olympics in Tokyo were held a year later in 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Ukrainian athletes won 19 medals (1 gold, 6 silver and 12 bronze).
