The purpose of the online concert is to raise $ 10 million to help Ukrainians who have been forced to flee their homes due to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In addition, the money will be donated to local organizations through the Blue Check network to combat human trafficking.
Among the participants of the concert are AJR, Pat McGee Band and Crash Test Dummies, as well as actors Liv Schreiber, Page Vakhdat, multimedia artist of Ukrainian origin Yanina Pedan and performers from Ukraine Nastya Kamenskykh, Ruslana, Jamala, Michelle Andrade, Dorofeeva, Positiff and Roboola .
The concert will be broadcast on the Mandolin website, and a recording of the event will be available for at least 24 hours thereafter. Viewers will have access to the broadcast after choosing a donation that will be paid for the “ticket”.
