Due to the sanctions of the European Union Latvia will block Russian social networks “VKontakte” (vk.com) , “Classmates” (ok.ru) and “My world” (my.mail.ru). This was reported by LMS with reference to the head of the Latvian National Council for Electronic Media (NEPLP) Ivars Abolins.
