Ukrainians continue to lead in the medal standings.
The national team of Ukraine continues to perform successfully at Deaflympics in Caxias do Sul, Brazil.
Following the seventh day of the competition, the Ukrainian team won 13 medals – eight gold medals, one silver and four bronze medals.
Ukrainians won awards in road cycling, orienteering, shot put, shot put, relay, table tennis, swimming, heptathlon and taekwondo.
In the medal standings, Ukraine continues to lead by a huge margin:
1 . Ukraine – 77 medals (39-16-22)
2. USA – 34 (14-4-16)
3. Japan – 24 (10-6-8)
Deaflympics – competitions among people with hearing impairments. Ukraine is represented in Brazil by 170 athletes in 16 sports.

Earlier it was reported that the national team of Ukraine won the European Curling Championship Medal for the first time .
