Ukraine's women's biathlon team gets a new head coach

Oleksandr Kravchenko will prepare the team for the next season.

Women's national team of Ukraine in biathlon received a new head coach, who became Alexander Kravchenko.

The candidacy of the specialist was approved by the coaching council of the Biathlon Federation of Ukraine, biathlon.com.ua reports.

Alexander Bilanenko and Kravchenko will help Oleg Merkushin. It is worth noting that the vacancy appeared after the departure of Slovenian coach Uroš Velepec, who joined the German national team.

The dates of the training camp in Sianki were also approved. The men's team led by Yura Sanitra will be trained from May 29 to June 15. The women's training camp will be held from June 4 to 19.
