Ukraine has created an application to check for suspects and identify saboteurs

The program works with information from open sources.

Teams YouControl and Artellence with the support of SBU cyber specialists launched application “TiHto” to check for suspects and identify saboteurs. This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine in Telegram.

“Its main purpose is to simplify the procedure for checking suspects at checkpoints, on the streets during curfew, at the entrance to the shelter or in other situations,” the SBU explained. .

The message states that the application does not contain, collect or transmit personal information. It only processes data from open sources.

In particular, with the help of “TiHto” you can check:

  • whether the photo in the passport is true, whether the passport is valid and not considered lost;
  • whether the person is on the state wanted list;
  • whether the NSDC has imposed sanctions on it and whether it is present in the register of terrorists;
  • whether the person is not included in the list of military terrorists and the DRG or the Peacekeepers base;
  • The car is wanted.

The Security Service of Ukraine calls on the representatives of law enforcement agencies to report it immediately if a “risk factor” is identified. There will be additional scrutiny of information.
