Footballers of Kyiv “Dynamo” will join of the national team of Ukraine at the training camp in Slovenia on May 3.
This was announced on Facebook by the President of the Ukrainian Football Association Andriy Pavelko:
“He recruited the President of Dynamo Kyiv. Igor Surkis assured that all players of FC Dynamo Kyiv, called by Oleksandr Petrakov, will be in the national team's position on May 3.
We thank the President of Dynamo for understanding and supporting the national team! ! Glory to Ukraine! “.
Earlier, Dynamo's management did not want to release players until May 23 to involve them in friendly matches as part of the European tour. The training camp of the national team will start on May 2.
It will be recalled that on June 1, the national team of Ukraine will meet Scotland in Glasgow in the semifinals of the playoffs for the 2022 World Cup. The winner of the match on June 5 in Cardiff will play Wales.
