Roscosmos has so far decided not to suspend cooperation with the ISS

Rogozin expressed dissatisfaction with the sanctions and threatened to suspend cooperation in space.

Roscosmos will not stop cooperating with the International space station, despite the fact that the head of the department Dmitry Rogozin had previously expressed dissatisfaction with the sanctions imposed on Russia after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, reports NV.

Despite the fact that Rogozin threatened to stop cooperation with the ISS, he decided to extend it at least until 2024, as planned.

“So far, we will not rush to announce our position and continue to work within the deadline set by the government, “Rogozin said.

What influenced the position of the head of Roscosmos is not specified. He is a supporter of Russia's war in Ukraine and has repeatedly threatened to respond to sanctions imposed by the world community on the aggressor country.

On NATO's founding day, Rogozin said the Alliance “A major threat to the entire world of World War II survivors.” He also posted a satellite image of NATO Headquarters and wrote “We are watching you.”
