Lawyers are trying to schedule a hearing for February 2023.

Musk's lawyers insist that Twitter has no reason to insist on a “light-speed” trial. The billionaire's lawyers argue that the hearing of the case, which should take place in the fall, cannot last only four days, as the representatives of the social network insist.
Musk's lawyers are asking for the trial to be scheduled for February 13, 2023, because first it is necessary to conduct an analysis of a large amount of data. On July 19, the court will hold a hearing on whether the case should be considered in an accelerated mode.
Recall that earlier Musk refused to buy Twitter. The value of the deal was estimated at 44 billion dollars. After the businessman's final refusal to enter into an agreement, the management of the service announced that it intends to file a lawsuit against Musk for terminating the agreement regarding the purchase of the social network.
