US observation of the actions of Russian troops in Ukraine received reinforcement in the form of two new satellite systems equipped with on-board image processing systems. This was reported by Bloomberg, citing a statement from the intelligence service.
According to the director of the National Intelligence Agency, Christopher Skoles, these satellite systems “will allow NATO and the world to observe in real time the increase in Russia's military power, which precedes the invasion.” Skolez noted that the system was developed on the basis of commercial technology and “went from development to launch in less than three years.”
