How to report damaged property through “Action”: instructions

The application will help the state to assess the damage and compensate it.

From March 30, Ukrainians whose property was damaged due to the war waged in our country by Russia, can apply through the application “Action”. The application will help the state to assess the damage and compensate for it, according to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

Who can apply

The service can be used by citizens of Ukraine who have been injured since the beginning of the war on February 24:

  • Private houses (manor, country and garden);
  • Apartments;
  • Other living quarters (for which a separate property right is registered, not as part of the house).

How to apply through “Action”

  1. Update the application;
  2. In the “Service” section, select “Damaged property”;
  3. Fill out the form with the required information: data on the damaged object, photos and description of the damage and contact details.

After registering the application, wait for the announcement of the start of the evaluation and compensation procedure, which will be determined by the government in the near future.
