A bot has appeared in Kharkiv to search for relatives and acquaintances missing in the city, the Kharkiv City Council reports.

In order to receive information from relatives, it is necessary to send the following information to the bot @Nadiia_Kharkiv_bot in the Telegram messenger:

1. Your last name, first name, patronymic
2. Who you are missing person
3. If you contacted the police – the application number
4. Your phone for communication
5. Last name, first name, patronymic of the missing person
6. Gender (male or female)
7. Date of birth of the missing person
8. Phone number of the missing person
9. Place of disappearance
10. Description of the circumstances of the disappearance (where he was going, where he was returning from)
11. Date of disappearance
12. Time of disappearance
13. Signs of a missing person
14. Description of the missing person's clothes
15. What things were with the missing person
16. Additional useful information.

It is recommended to completely copy this text within the input period, then replace the questions with answers, as well as insert a photo of the missing person. It is necessary to send information only by one message, without changing numbering of points. If there is no answer to any of them, the item must be left blank.
