“To appoint Castran Myroslav Myronovich as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Slovak Republic,” the message reads.

Castran was previously the head of the State Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and before that he was a consul in New York.

Zelensky also appointed the ambassador of Ukraine to Morocco. This position will be held by Serhiy Sayenko.

“To appoint Serhiy Valeriyovych Sayenko as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Morocco,” reads decree No. 724/2022.
