Usyk – Joshua 2: the championship belt held by Fury will be at stake in the rematch

The winner of the fight will receive five titles at once.

Revenge of the Ukrainian world boxing champion is at stake in heavyweight Aleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs) and British boxer Anthony Joshua (24-2, 22 KOs) will have a new title.

The winner of the fight will win the championship belt world in the heavyweight division according to the version of the authoritative magazine The Ring, as reported by talkSPORT journalist Michael Benson.

This title previously belonged to the British boxer Tyson Fury, who also owned the WBC belt. The last title will remain vacant if Fury does not decide to resume his career again.

Thus, the Usyk-Joshua rematch will have five world championship titles at once. These are the WBA Super, IBF, WBO, IBO and The Ring belts. The fight will take place on August 20 in the city of Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).

Let us remind you that the boxers had their first fight on September 25 last year and Oleksandr Usyk won by a unanimous decision of the judges. All of Joshua's championship belts went to the Ukrainian.
