Ukrainians have been assigned another type of assistance of UAH 4,500: who can receive it

In the first phase of the program, funds will be provided in the form of certificates.

Internally displaced persons who have registered in Kyiv may receive additional assistance in the amount of UAH 4,500, provided to Ukrainians by the Red Cross Society. This was reported by the Kyiv City Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.

At the first stage of the program, the funds will not be provided in cash or by card. Assistance will be available in the form of certificates for purchases in the network “Silpo”.

It will receive the most vulnerable categories of migrants:

  • people with disabilities of group I;
  • families raising a child with disabilities (under 18);
  • families with three or more children (under 16);
  • families with orphans (under 16).

< p style = "text-align: justify;"> People with disabilities of group I will receive 3 certificates for 500 UAH (1500 UAH), and other categories of recipients – 9 certificates for 500 UAH (4500 UAH).

A voucher for 500 hryvnias will work as follows: if the goods in the check are, for example, 510 hryvnias, the person will be asked to pay 10 hryvnias. But if it's 480, 20 hryvnias won't be paid.

If IDPs are registered on the right bank of Kyiv, they can get vouchers every Wednesday and Friday at vul. Volodymyrska, 51B in Vcentri Hub.

For migrants on the left bank, vouchers are distributed every Tuesday on the street. Myropilska, 19, near the Chernihivska metro station.

Delivery time starts at 10 am and ends at 4 pm, everything is in order.

To get help you need to present:

  • passport;
  • identification code;
  • certificate of displaced person status;
  • certificate of appointment of the disability group;
  • certificate of birth of the child/children;
  • guardianship orders.
