Ukrainian boxers held victorious title fights in Germany

Karen Chukhajian defended his championship belt.

A boxing evening was held in the German city of Erding, in as part of which Ukrainian boxers – Karen Chukhadjian, Petro Ivanov and Andriy Velikovsky entered the ring.

Chukhadjian managed to defend the IBF International welterweight title against Australian Blake Minto. The Ukrainian had an advantage, and after the sixth round his opponent refused to continue the fight.

Karen Chukhajian has a total of 21 victories (11 by knockout) with one defeat in the professional ring.

Another Ukrainian, Petro Ivanov, met with the Pole, Robert Talarek, and the title of the IBF International champion in the second middleweight was at stake.

Ivanov was superior to his opponent, but for a long time it was not possible to turn the advantage into a victory. Only in the final round did the Ukrainian manage to knock down his opponent four times, after which the referee stopped the fight.

Petro Ivanov remains undefeated in the professional ring – 16 wins (11 by knockout).

Another Ukrainian, Andrii Velikovskyi, met with the Romanian Katalin Paraskivianu and managed to win early. In the sixth round, Velikovsky sent his opponent to a knockdown, after which Paraskivianu managed to come back, but before the end of three minutes the referee stopped the fight.
