Ukraine has limited exports of agricultural products , including buckwheat, rye and oats. This was stated by the First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Taras Vysotsky on the air of the national telethon.

“The relevant decision of the government to ensure food security in wartime requires a monthly review of balance sheets. Our ministry does this. And in those positions where we see a critical situation, we will limit exports. For example, now limited exports of buckwheat, important for bakery rye and oats, “he said.

Vysotsky stressed that the Cabinet of Ministers monitors the situation with products whose exports are subject to licensing.

“We are monitoring the situation in those areas where export licenses apply – wheat, sugar. To understand how much is exported, and not to allow the export of more than there is a surplus. For example, sunflower oil or corn, which we have enough of, there is no regulation here, “he explained.
