Ukraine has lost 30-40% of its metallurgical capacity due to the Russian-Ukrainian war. According to him, Mariupol accounts for a third of all steel production in Ukraine.

“That is, Ukraine has lost about 30-40% of its metallurgical capacity to date … I have no doubt that their work will be restored, but for this the city must remain Ukrainian,” he added.
