The target of the missile strikes on Lviv could be the railway infrastructure

Several rockets fired at Lviv hit near railway facilities.

Russian troops shelled Lviv at about 8:30 a.m., fired at least four targeted missile strikes, which, according to the damage, could have targeted, among other things, railway infrastructure. This follows from reports from Ukrzaliznytsia, Lviv authorities, and local media.

According to Mayor Andriy Sadovy, the missile strikes were aimed.

At the same time, several missiles fired at Lviv hit near railway facilities.

The missiles did not reach the goal, the movement of trains was resumed, said the head of Ukrzaliznytsia Kamyshin.

The situation at the Lviv railway station is under control, passengers have been placed in safe shelters. Disembarkation and boarding were resumed after the alarm ended. There are no casualties among passengers and railroad workers. p>

Later, the head of the Lviv OVA Maksym Kozytskyi also clarified that three strikes were inflicted on a military infrastructure facility. One – on tire fitting. The facilities were severely damaged.

According to him, unfortunately, there are dead and injured. As of this hour, 6 dead and 8 injured are known. One child was among the victims.

In Lviv, traffic was temporarily blocked on some streets. Elimination of the consequences of missile strikes continues. All services work on site. This was announced by Mayor Andriy Sadovy. and children. The station building withstood and suffered minor damage.

On April 8, the Russian occupiers hit the “Point-U” on the Kramatorsk railway station , where there were thousands peaceful Ukrainians, awaiting evacuation. The attack killed 50 Ukrainians , including five children.
